We bought a birthday voucher for our mother as part of the senior package. The center itself is wonderful, my mother was delighted with the room, canteen and service. Unfortunately, as part of the package, she had to pay extra for medical expenses, I know it's a small amount, but since it's a gift, the fee should be included, and the poor physiotherapy base as part of the package, it seems that the Ukrainian pro-doctor ordered 2 treatments and... currents on the cervical and thoracic, which was treated after 2 treatments and asking for inhalation at the request of the staff and suddenly there are no places available. Not cool. We highly recommend the resort itself, great contact, top-notch staff, great place to relax

Good morning, my mother was at the Dozamel resort for her Christmas break. The rooms are great, the food is very tasty but... the service at the reception and the lack of elevators to the rooms on the first floor is unacceptable. My mother suffers from high blood pressure and asked for help carrying her luggage, but unfortunately she was met with a brick wall, both upon arrival and upon departure. And extremely rude. She had to cope on her own. These things don't cost anything, but they are crucial. You don't have to hire a porter to help your guest. We won't come back.

A fantastic recreation and rehabilitation center. My mother and I were there at the turn of June and July this year. We remember our stay very fondly. The facility is located close to the sea. It is very well-kept and clean. Delicious and very diverse meals. And the entire hotel staff makes sure that the guests feel special - for which we are very grateful. We are counting down the days until the next arrival!

The rooms are very clean, cleaned every two days. The beds are very, very comfortable. The room is spacious, equipped with a two-door wardrobe with an extension, a desk, TV, bedside tables, a small refrigerator, two beds (90 cm wide each) that can be put together or slide it apart. Bathroom with a large shower cabin. Handrails for disabled people in the cabin and next to the toilet. Our room no. 408 on the ground floor, with its own entrance and a small vestibule. Meals three times a day. Breakfast and dinner in the form of a buffet. Everyone will find something here what he likes. We like everything. Dinners are served. Two courses + dessert and compote. A huge plus for delicious coffee with breakfast. Dog-friendly place. At the center you can rent a bike, use the sauna and various treatments, e.g. massages, baths, mud compresses, etc. Everything is great. The employees of the center are always professional, nice, helpful and very nice. My husband and I stayed in November, one week relaxation package and the second week biological regeneration. We are very pleased with our stay, we will recommend Dozamel to our friends and we will come back as soon as possible. here. You can really relax here.
